Pamela A. Harris
After working in corporate America for over fifteen years, Pamela A. Harris moved her focus in to real estate full-time. Today she is an international real estate Commercial Broker and an associate broker with North Group Real Estate. Her services expand from Georgia to the Dominican Republic. She specializes in bringing opportunities to the masses through virtual & in-person events. Pamela is the founder of the The Living In Liberty Tour which explores opportunities and exposes entrepreneurs & investors to real estate abroad.
JaJuan Warren
JaJuan Warren has been an active real estate investor while working in corporate America for over 20 years. Becoming a licensed agent within multiple states has increased her offerings to include renovations, leases purchases, wholesale, and commercial deals . Her optimistic attitude and generous demeanor helps investor-students gain an advantage when negotiating deals for themselves. JaJuan is licensed with North Group Real Estate and is the lead trainer for wholesale education for P2P.

Traditional Transaction
This method is used when an individual decides he/she is ready to embark on home ownership by engaging a lender to qualify for financing and licensed real estate agent to help them search and secure a home.
Lease Purchase (or Lease with Option to Purchase)
This method is used when a tenant/buyer wants to rent-to-own a property from a landlord/owner. The tenant/buyer pays the landlord/seller an option fee for the opportunity to have the first right of refusal on purchasing property.
Owner finance
This method is used when an owner/seller extends terms to a buyer to assist he/she in acquiring a property. Terms can be a variety of options that are mutual to both parties to eventually transfer title to buyer and consideration to the owner/seller.
